Overview
We are proud to advise that Scott Carmichael and Ben James from our Melbourne office, and Thomas Murphy from Sydney have been rated fifth, eighth and fourteenth respectively in a survey of the nation’s top 50 financial advisors.
Conducted by The Australian newspaper in association with investing publication Barron’s, the goal of the survey is to rate the quality of financial advisors and set a benchmark for a high standard of client care. This is the second year this survey has been conducted, with Scott Carmichael being last year’s inaugural No.1 and Thomas No.4. This year they are joined by Ben James.
Scott, Ben and Thomas attribute their top rankings to Escala’s collegiate approach, which enables them to back their own ideas and strategies with the knowledge of our entire advisory team.
Their success in the survey attests to the depth of our investment process and, first and foremost, the value of working with our clients as partners. Client satisfaction was a key criterion in the ranking formula, and we recognise that the peace of mind and loyalty of our clients is critical in our striving to be Australia’s leading wealth advisory firm.
More than 300 nominations for the poll were selected by an advisory board comprising professionals from across the financial industry.
